Before I started taking City Survivor magnesium, I was having major heart palpitations. I hadn't asked for medical advice as I didn't want there to be anything wrong! Coincidentally (as I hadn't told her about my problem) my daughter suggested I should take magnesium. Very soon after I started, the palpitations stopped, and have not returned.
