Collagen is vital for the structure of skin, muscles, bones, nails and hair. We often don’t get much in our diets since it’s largely found in organ meats or bone broths.
This hydrolysed powder is very easy to use, mixing in coffee, tea, smoothies, shakes, juice or water without impacting the taste.
Made from wild, certified sustainably caught cod skin, and made in Norway.
The important amino acids glycine, proline and hydroxyproline are the most prevalent in collagen peptides, making up 50 per cent of its total amino acid content - the same amount that’s in human skin.

How to use
Directions: Try 1 tablespoon per day, mixed in any drink. Can also be used in cooking as it’s heat stable.
300g pot lasts for 2 months taking 1 tablespoon per day.
Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
When pregnant or if taking prescribed medications please consult your doctor before using supplements.
Store in a cool place with the lid firmly closed and out of direct sunlight.
